Sofia Cardoso

Sofia Cardoso is a specialist psychologist with extensive experience in educational and organizational psychology. Currently serving as a Specialist Psychologist at Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses since January 2018, Sofia focuses on continuous professional development and accreditation. Prior to this role, Sofia was a Branch Manager and Organizational Psychologist at GRUPO NETT, where the responsibilities included recruitment and selection for outsourcing and temporary work. Additionally, Sofia provided psychological evaluations and support for children and adolescents at Centro Médico e Dentário do Feijó. The early career included significant contributions to social programs, such as the "Ser Criança" initiative at IPSS - Centro Social e Paroquial S. Vicente de Paulo, and a psychosocial support project for schools in the Amadora municipality. Sofia holds a degree in Educational Psychology and Vocational Guidance from Universidade Lusófona and has pursued further education in cognitive-behavioral therapies and professional training.
