Fernando Pica

Fernando Pica is an experienced professional in property and asset management, currently serving as Head of Property Management at the Order of Malta since October 2021. Previously, Fernando worked as an Asset, Property and Project Management Specialist at SIDIEF S.p.A. from March 2014 to September 2021, focusing on project coordination and real estate portfolio management. Prior roles include asset management at Gruppo Cassa depositi e prestiti and independent collaboration at Sapienza Università di Roma, where architectural surveys and façade degradation analyses were conducted. Fernando's early career included an internship at Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato, supporting real estate enhancement activities. Educational qualifications include a master's degree in Civil Engineering and Architecture from Sapienza Università di Roma, as well as certification for professional practice in the engineering field.
