Chadd Blanchard is a cybersecurity and infrastructure engineer at Metalcraft Inc since May 2016, with prior roles including system administrator, IT support technician, and IT intern. In addition, Chadd has contributed to the Order of the Arrow BSA as Project Lead for OA LodgeMaster, overseeing member management software utilized by over 200 lodges nationwide and managing a support and documentation team of ten. Chadd's experience also includes a public relations and marketing internship with the Boy Scouts of America in 2016. Educational qualifications include an associate’s degree in network and system administration from North Iowa Area Community College and a high school diploma from West Fork High School.
