Monjurul Akhter

Monjurul Akhter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at OrderBox since May 2014, Monjurul has a strong background in supply chain management and providing quality corporate services. Previous roles include International HR Project Coordinator at StarOfService, where responsibilities encompassed planning and coordinating program activities, and part-time HR Consultant at Global Consulting Group. Monjurul held the position of AGM Human Resources at Cityscape International Ltd., overseeing HR activities and contributing to organizational decision-making. Earlier, Monjurul served as Office Manager at icddr,b, managing administrative tasks and employee counseling, and as Manager – HR & Administration at Global Consulting Group, leading a 48-member project team. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Victoria University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Bangladesh Institute of Management. Monjurul also holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in English Literature from National University (Dhaka College).
