Karen Duiker has over 16 years of work experience in bilingual customer service and support roles. Karen began their career in 2004 as a Bilingual Trainer and Tech Support Specialist at eMAR Software/JMac Solutions. In 2008 they moved to MediSystem Technologies Inc. as a Business Development Representative (Bilingual). In 2014 they joined The Source as a Bilingual Store Help Desk Associate, where they started working in the Call Centre for 4 months taking on line orders and general customer service inquiries. Karen also worked with stores and directed them to the appropriate department, answering their inquiries and resolving their in store issues. In 2016 they took a contract position at Euramax Canada Division of Omimax International as a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, where they were responsible for order entry, investigating shortages, and issuing credits. Karen then moved to Traeger Pellet Grills, LLC in 2018 as a Billigual Customer Service Rep, and is currently employed at OrderEase as a Bilingual Customer Support (French and English).

Karen Duiker's education history includes a Grade 12 Diploma from Innisdale Secondary School (1987-1988), a Chiropractic Assistant Diploma from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (1983-1984), and a Medical Terminology Certificate from Georgian College (2004).
