Jamal James

Jamal James began their work experience in 2000 as a Hardware/Software Administrator at CA Technologies. Jamal was responsible for diagnosing and replacing faulty hardware, troubleshooting software issues, and escalating client issues as needed. In 2004, Jamal was promoted to Sr. Hardware/Software Administrator, where they created and maintained a department website and assisted with push software deployments. From 2004 to 2005, they served as a Sr. Desktop Management Administrator, providing consultation and support for CA products. In 2006, Jamal co-founded Ordereze.com and took on the role of CTO. Jamal performed various IT and software development tasks, including Active Directory and Office 365 management, network infrastructure setup, and agile software development using Visual Studio. Jamal also developed the company's flagship CMS web application, which integrates with multiple external services.

Jamal James attended Stony Brook University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer and Information Sciences.
