Chris Brown has a diverse background in content writing and customer service. Theircareer began in 2010 when they were hired as a Sales and Service Specialist at 3rd Fed Bank, where they processed confidential financial transactions and suggested relevant products and services to enhance customer relationships. In 2012, they moved to Wells Fargo as a Loan Specialist. In 2014, they were hired as a Customer Success Specialist at SofterWare, Inc., where they investigated, analyzed, and simulated issues for the development team and trained clients on program best practices. In 2016, they became a Contract Technical Writer for Self Employed, researching and crafting educational content for small cap tech startups. In 2018, they joined Recharge Payments as a Knowledge Specialist, where they reviewed, assessed, and enhanced onboarding processes for adding subscriptions to BigCommerce & Shopify stores. Chris also wrote, maintained, audited, and updated how-to KnowledgeBase articles. In 2021, they became a Self Employed Content and Technical Writer, researching and writing feature guides with accompanying collateral like charts, diagrams, and GIFs. Finally, in 2022, they were hired as a Content Lead at Ordergroove.
