Ethan Jones

Ethan Jones currently serves as the VP of Presales and Enablement at Ordergroove, leading teams in Presales Solutions Architecture, Account Management, and Go-to-Market Enablement since September 2025. Previously, Ethan held various leadership roles at Eightfold from July 2019 to October 2025, including VP of Solutions Consulting, where oversight of growth from $5M to $100M ARR was achieved. Ethan's extensive experience encompasses leading global PreSales organizations, developing strategic teams in Solutions Engineering, and exceptional individual contributions, recognized by multiple Presidents Club honors. Prior roles at HireRight, Findly, TalentWise, Intelius Screening Solutions LLC, Entercom Communications, and Universal Music Group further underscore a robust background in solutions consulting and sales effectiveness. Ethan earned a BA in Marketing from the University of Washington.
