John Switzer

John Switzer has over 20 years of work experience in sales and service operations, client and professional services, program management, online production, client services, and marketing. From 2018 to present, they have served as the Vice President of Sales & Service Operations and Senior Director of Client & Professional Services at Ordergroove. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Professional Services at Web.com from 2015 to 2018 and the Senior Director of Program Management and Online Production at Yodle, Inc. from 2008 to 2015. From 2006 to 2008, they were the Senior Marketing Manager at ClickItGolf.com and from 1998 to 2006, they were the Marketing Manager/Assistant Golf Professional at Sodus Bay Heights Golf Club, Inc.

John Switzer obtained their B.S. in Management with a focus in Marketing from St. John Fisher University between 2000 and 2004. John then went on to receive certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Supply Chain Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in February 2012. John also obtained a certification in Golf Facility Marketing from Legendary Marketing in November 2004.
