Megan Hart

Megan Hart is a Lead UX Designer at Orderly Health. Megan was previously a Senior UX Design Strategist at Boa Technology from May 2018 to January 2022, where they were responsible for the creation of a new global warranty program, which included the definition and communication of program rules and catalog, improved global customer support workflows, and the design of multiple e-commerce websites. This resulted in reduced head counts needed in customer support teams due to more automated workflows, increased and consistent website traffic, an average of 20% email subscriber opt in rate for all orders, and world-class user experiences for all customers and stakeholders.

Previously, Megan was the Lead Technical Illustrator at Boa Technology from January 2017 to May 2018. In this role, they owned all instructional needs but was under the Product Design and Development team, which allowed their closer connectivity to designers and engineers and led to better process definition tied to more rigorous development timelines. Megan also designed and documented more standardized design workflows and user testing best practices, and managed a team of one full-time illustrator and a part-time intern.

Megan Hart holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from The Art Institutes and has completed undergraduate studies at James Madison University. Megan is certified by the Nielsen Norman Group in Certificate in User Experience - UX Management Specialty.
