Mykayla Goodwin

Mykayla Goodwin has a diverse work experience. Mykayla began their career in 2008 as a Trainer, Promotions Associate, and Server at Hooters of America. In 2009, they became a Brand Ambassador at ZOOM Media, followed by a similar role at Preston Marketing Concepts in 2010. In 2011, they were a Project Manager Intern at Sprint Nextel. In 2015, they were a Graduate Research & Teaching Assistant at the Marketing Department of UNC Charlotte. In 2016, they became a Marketing Manager at Chrysmo, and in 2017 they were a Product Marketing Lead at Kibo. In 2019, they assumed the roles of Vice President of Strategy, Senior Director of Marketing, Director of Product Management, and Senior Product Marketing Manager at OMG. Finally, in 2022, they became a Growth Fellow at Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE).

Mykayla Goodwin obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Texas State University in 2013, majoring in Marketing. Mykayla then received a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Texas State University in 2015. In 2016, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, with a focus in Innovation and Growth Strategies. In July 2016, they obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot. Finally, in December 2020, they achieved a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
