Tiffany McArthur

Tiffany McArthur has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as Senior Helpdesk Analyst at Millsaps College in 2011. In 2014, they took on the role of Public Relations Intern at Mississippi Public Broadcasting. In 2015, they were a Digital Media Specialist at the Foundation for Public Broadcasting in Mississippi and also served as Mississippi Creative Economy Intern at Visit Mississippi. From 2016 to 2021, they were at Kibo Commerce, where they began as a Client Success Manager, then moved to Senior Client Success Manager & Team Lead. Most recently, they have been a Senior Manager, Client Success at OMG, where they have hired, trained, and developed 8 direct reports, re-invented Quarterly Business Review structure and process, and implemented new growth centric playbooks across the Client Success Department.

Tiffany McArthur attended Millsaps College from 2011 to 2015 where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies. Tiffany then returned to Millsaps College from 2015 to 2016 to earn their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a Concentration in Marketing.
