Rigoberto Olmedo has been working in the IT field since 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they were an IT Systems Administrator at GRUPO MARITIMO, where they managed IT suppliers and buyers, administered networks, firewalls and servers, and implemented new computer technologies. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a SAP Basis Administrator at SIGMA, where they managed HP Data Protector Backup Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Linux Proxy Server, Data Center Facilities, SAP ERP, SAP ABAP programming, and SAN Storage. From 2011 to 2015, they were an IT Infrastructure Coordinator at Avianca Holdings S.A., where they administered Windows Server, vCenter, HP Virtual Connect, HP SIM, HP Cloud System Matrix Architect, IT Infrastructure Budget Maker and Buyer, HP Blades and Racks System, and Citrix NetScaler. Rigoberto Olmedo obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Engineering from Universidad Evangélica de El Salvador between 2002 and 2007. Rigoberto then earned an Electronic Technician degree from Colegio Santa Cecilia between 1998 and 2000. In 2011, they completed a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Universidad 'Francisco Gavidia'.
