Naiwai Yu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT service management and customer operations, currently serving as the Head of IT Service Management and Head of Customer Operations for North Europe at OrderYOYO since December 2019. Naiwai has previously held significant roles such as Interim Onboarding Manager and Head of Customer Support for the UK and Ireland. Prior to OrderYOYO, Naiwai worked as General Manager at Hamlet Tours, overseeing operations and ensuring effective business functioning. Earlier experience includes serving as Duty Manager PAX at Menzies Aviation and Delivery Operations Manager at JUST EAT for Denmark and Norway.
