Caroline Princen (1966) has been a member of Ordina's Supervisory Board since April 2018. She was chairman from April 2018 to December 2018. She is also CEO of the Nuts Group. She is also chair of the Supervisory Board of UMC Utrecht and chair of the Supervisory Board of Perspectief. She was previously a member of the Executive Board of ABN AMRO and a member of the Supervisory Board of Royal Flora Holland. In the General Meeting 2022, Ms Princen was reappointed for a period of 4 years, ending in 2026.
