Jeroen Glim

Jeroen Glim is an experienced Scrum Master currently working at Ordina since May 2024, previously holding the same title at ANYWHERE365® from November 2020 to April 2024, where responsibilities included managing two development teams and leading the Agility Chapter. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Unit4 Bedrijfssoftware Benelux B.V. from August 2010 to November 2020, where Jeroen played various roles including Scrum Master and Agile Coach, focusing on collaboration improvements across multiple R&D teams and contributing to Agile transformations. Jeroen's career began at PROCOS Engineers & Consultants BV as a Senior Software Engineer from 1998 to 2006, followed by a consultancy role at Logica from 2006 to 2010. Jeroen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Hogeschool Alkmaar.
