Jo Maes

ir. Jo Maes (1968) has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1 January 2017 and CEO from 1 April 2017. On June 30, 2020, he was reappointed for a period of four years. In his role as CEO, he is responsible for general business, communication & marketing, HR, sustainability, commercial affairs and portfolio, and business development. Since July 4, 2022, he is also an independent (non-executive) director of the Flemish Radio and Television Broadcasting Organization (VRT).
