Emma Proctor is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer development, sales management, and mental health advocacy. Currently serving as a Customer Development Manager for Financial Services at Ordnance Survey since 2014, Emma has led customer success initiatives and acted as a Time to Change Champion to combat mental health discrimination. Previous roles include positions at IBM, where responsibilities ranged from client management to social media advocacy, as well as sales roles at Ericsson and Manpower UK. Emma holds a BA Hons in Business Management from Solent University and multiple qualifications in Sociology and Psychology from The Open University, along with a Private Secretary's Diploma from Eastleigh College.
