Matt Maiden

Matt Maiden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as the Head of Programme and Project Delivery at Ordnance Survey since November 2015. In this role, Matt leads the strategic management of the organization's investment portfolio, ensuring effective governance and financial oversight, while also enhancing the capacity of project management and business analysis functions. Previously, Matt successfully delivered a £20 million program to position Ordnance Survey as the leading provider of geospatial data in Great Britain. Prior to this, Matt held roles at the Cabinet Office, focusing on improving UK emergency response capabilities, and at Ordnance Survey in various project management positions, including contract management and supply chain leadership. Matt holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Management and Operations Management from Loughborough University and A levels in Business Studies from Totton College.
