Mickey Elliott

Mickey Elliott is an experienced professional currently serving as the Internal Communications Channel Manager at Ordnance Survey since April 2024. Previously, Mickey held various roles at Zurich Insurance from March 2008 to March 2024, including Innovation Consultant - UX Designer, Senior Creative Consultant, Internal Communications Consultant - Creative, Senior Management Information Analyst, and Insurance Sales and Service Consultant. Mickey is a Google-qualified user experience designer specializing in human-centred solutions and has a strong background in creative direction, team management, and data analysis. Additionally, Mickey served as the UK Chair of Zurich Pride UK’s LGBT Staff Network, advocating for greater visibility and support for LGBT individuals. Mickey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Solent University and has completed a leadership program focused on diversity and intercultural studies.
