Fliss Berridge has a diverse work experience starting as a professional musician in the freelance industry from 1998 to 2004. Fliss then worked as a paralegal at DLA Piper and Taylor Wessing from 2004 to 2006. Following that, they were a trainee solicitor at Kimbells Freeth LLP from 2006 to 2008. Fliss then worked as a solicitor at Cobbetts LLP from 2008 to 2010, and later at Bates Wells Braithwaite from 2010 to 2012. Fliss joined UK Payments Administration Limited as a Senior Solicitor from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, Fliss held the position of Head of Legal, Regulatory and Corporate Governance at Paym, and subsequently, at Faster Payments Scheme Limited. Since 2018, they have been working at Ordo as the General Counsel and Director, overseeing various responsibilities such as policy, PR, and general management.

Fliss Berridge attended Roehampton, part of Surrey University from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Music and Theology. Following this, they went to Trinity College of Music from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma and Masters in Music. From 2004 to 2008, Fliss Berridge attended BPP Law School, studying part-time for a GDL and LPC degree in Law.
