Dushyant Patel is a software engineer with experience in a variety of roles. Dushyant began their career in 2016 as a Customer Service Associate at the De Anza College Bookstore, where they managed customer service and satisfaction operations while using their IT and Software Engineering skills to solve inter-departmental IT problems. Dushyant also served as a tutor for CIS 21JA (Intro to x86 Processor Assembly Language) and a Intern in the Computer Technical Support department. In 2018, they joined SMAP as a Software Engineer and System Architect, where they used the Agile methodology for software development and architected their software.
