Crha Raymond Brouillard

Raymond Brouillard is an experienced human resources professional and international recruiter with a strong background in organizational development and emotional intelligence. Currently serving as a licensed human resources advisor at Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés since December 2008, Raymond has also been involved with Système de gestion R.H. IRPA since December 2002 as a designer and researcher. Previously, Raymond has held roles such as international recruiter for Profil Action International, expert trainer at Cégep de Drummondville, and accredited mentor with Fondation de l'entrepreneurship. Raymond possesses a comprehensive educational background including an M.B.A. from Université de Sherbrooke and advanced diplomas in organizational diagnosis and innovation management from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, currently pursuing a PhD in work psychology and organizations at Université de Rennes I.
