Cria Maude Cormier-Gladu (elle)

Maude Cormier-Gladu, CRIA, currently serves as Directrice, encadrement et qualité de la pratique at Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés since September 2019, overseeing professional competence and public safety in the regulated profession of HR consulting. Additional roles included Chef des admissions par intérim and Conseillère en développement professionnel, where responsibilities involved enhancing the competency profile and integration of underrepresented immigrant groups in the labor market. Cormier-Gladu also teaches human resource management at Cégep de LaPocatière and has extensive prior experience in talent acquisition and human resource management positions across various organizations, including Ville de Saint-Jérôme and Commission scolaire Marguerite-Bourgeoys.
