Sophia Nardelli, M.Sc., CRHP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Bath Fitter since January 2017. Nardelli has held various roles within the company, including Director of Human Resources for Canada and the USA, and HR Manager for Canada and Quebec. Additionally, Nardelli contributes as an Administrator for the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés, having served on multiple committees, including as President of the Human Resources Committee for 2023-2024.
