Neil Pritchard

Neil Pritchard has extensive work experience in various financial and consulting roles.

Starting in 2003, they worked at GE Capital, where they served as the Finance Manager from 2003 to 2006. In this role, they managed finance systems and led projects for finance system migration and process improvement.

From 2007 to 2012, they continued their work at GE Capital as the Finance Systems Manager for EMEA. Here, they led a team of up to 20 staff members, overseeing finance systems and guiding or leading finance on major projects. Neil successfully implemented a new lease operating system, designed common finance business processes for Europe, and migrated lease operating systems in Spain and Germany. During this time, they also implemented an intercompany billing system and led various country-specific systems projects.

In 2013, Neil joined GE Capital as a Project Manager. Neil managed the migration of Oracle financials to separate Oracle R12 corporate systems for Czech GE bank, leading a team of 13 full-time staff. Neil'sresponsibilities included migration and reimplementation of different modules and driving process simplification.

From 2014 to 2016, Neil worked as a Financial Consultant at NNP Financial Consultants. Neil specialized in software implementation and provided consultancy and advisory services.

In 2016, they became a Senior Manager at GENPACT, where they worked until 2017.

From 2017 to 2018, they returned to NNP Financial Consultants as a Financial Consultant, focusing on software implementation.

From 2018 to 2021, Neil served as the Vice President Consulting at LeaseAccelerator. Neil was responsible for the design and implementation of the Enterprise Lease Accounting Solution in EMEA. Neil provided leadership throughout the project lifecycle and managed projects to business-as-usual (BAU) stage.

Currently, they are working at Ordway - Billing and Revenue Automation as the Vice President Consulting. Neil'srole includes leading implementations across EMEA and internationally, managing a team of 2 full-time employees, providing end-to-end project leadership and delivery, and offering bespoke support to EMEA implemented clients. Neil also supports departments such as Product Management and Customer Success.

Neil Pritchard pursued their education by first attending St. Brendans 6th Form College from 1990 to 1992. However, the specific degree and field of study they pursued during this time are not provided. Following this, Neil Pritchard enrolled in Leeds Beckett University in 1992 and completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance in 1995.
