Army National Guard
Donna Wu has extensive experience in environmental management and sustainability within the Army National Guard, spanning from January 2003 to April 2024. As Chief of the Energy & Sustainability Branch, Donna oversaw key initiatives related to environmental compliance and sustainability efforts. In the role of HQDA Army Environmental Liaison, responsibilities included managing and coordinating tasks for a diverse team of 42 professionals. Donna also led the Environmental Cleanup & Restoration Branch, managing over 400 sites and contracts worth $60 million, focusing on 193 PFAS sites nationwide. Additionally, Donna served as an Executive Officer in the Installations & Environment Directorate and as the Regional Program Manager for the National Environmental Policy Act. Donna is furthering education through a Seminar XXI in National Strategy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds a Master’s of Science in Administration with a focus on Public Administration from Central Michigan University.
