Grace Rusth has experience working in recruiting and retention at the Oregon Army National Guard since August 2020. Before that, Grace held the position of Academic Partnership Coordinator at the Oregon Institute of Technology from March 2011 to August 2020. Grace is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Adult and Higher Education at Oregon State University, with a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School.
