Jerry Linder

Jerry Linder is the Executive Director at the Oregon Association of Clean Water Agencies, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Jerry served as General Counsel for Clean Water Services from July 1996 to October 2023, overseeing legal department operations, managing litigation, and advising on environmental compliance.
