Nadia Chopra

Wellness Coordinator at OREGON BALLET THEATRE

Nadia Chopra is the current Wellness Coordinator at Oregon Ballet Theatre. Prior to that, they were a physical therapist at Portland Sports Medicine and Spine from May 2015 to October 2018. Nadia has also been the founder of Mend Physical Therapy, where they provided holistic, one-on-one physical therapy evaluation and treatments to a variety of patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions in an out-patient orthopedic setting, focusing on manual therapy. Nadia is also the creator and instructor for Carry Me, a postpartum exercise class for parents and their infants to regain strength and stability using the weight of your child in their carrier.

Nadia Chopra is a physical therapist who graduated from New York Medical College with their DPT. Nadia also has a BFA in Dance Performance from The Ohio State University. Nadia is certified by the American Physical Therapy Association as a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. Nadia is also certified by NAIOMT - North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy in both the Certificate of Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy and the Certificate of Manual Physical Therapy.

Nadia Chopra reports to Peter Franc, Interim Artistic Director. They are on a team with Jeffrey Stanton - Ballet Master, Niel DePonte - Music Director & Conductor, and Lisa Kipp - Rehearsal Director.
