Internal Senior Practitioner - Organizational Health at OCP

Jim Wasko is an experienced professional in organizational health and software development, currently serving as the Internal Senior Practitioner at OCP since January 2018, where focus is on implementing strategies derived from Patrick Lencioni's "The Advantage." In addition, Wasko holds the title of Chief Product Officer at OCP, leading product strategy and development. Prior to OCP, Wasko had a distinguished 17-year career at IBM, including roles such as Vice President of Open Systems Development and Director of the Linux Technology Center, where leadership was provided to teams across multiple global locations. Wasko took a sabbatical in mid-2017 for personal rejuvenation after a significant tenure at IBM. Earlier experience includes various management positions at Sequent Computer Systems, where contributions significantly enhanced customer support and service efficiency. Wasko holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Engineering Technology from the Oregon Institute of Technology.
