Reed Mayfield

Reed Mayfield is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in community-oriented lending and renewable energy initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Business Lender and Vice President at Craft3, Reed focuses on building resilience and addressing the racial wealth gap through targeted capital deployment. In addition, Reed holds a board member position at the Oregon Clean Power Cooperative, contributing to financing solar projects for various organizations in Oregon. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Capital Deployment at RSF Social Finance, Board Treasurer at Performing Arts Workshop, and a VISTA member with AmeriCorps. Reed's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Business/Marketing/Sociology from Tarleton State University and a certification in Commercial Solar Lending from the University of New Hampshire.
