Pamela Welch

Pamela Welch is an accomplished finance and operations executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as CFO/COO at Stand for Children since 2011, Pamela has also held the position of Board Treasurer at Oregon College of Oriental Medicine since 2007. Previous roles include Director of SPARQ Operations at Nike, CFO/COO at SPARQ, Inc., and Financial Consultant at Outside In. Pamela has significant leadership experience as VP of Finance/Operations at both lucy activewear and First Point Communications, and served as Board President for the YWCA of Portland. Early career roles include Corporate Accounting Manager and Corporate Accounting/Finance positions at Portland General Electric. Pamela holds an MBA from Washington State University and a BS in Accounting from Oregon State University.
