Anya Caro

Anya Caro is a skilled news reporter at Emerald Media Group, where employment commenced in October 2021. Prior to this role, Anya gained experience as a cashier at Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage and worked as a copy editor for OR Magazine. Anya's background includes serving as an employment specialist at Star of Hope and as a community assistant at 13th & Olive. Additionally, Anya contributed to South Eugene High School as an assistant debate coach and began a career in journalism as a reporter for Emerald Media Group from 2016 to 2017. Anya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a focus on Media Studies from the University of Oregon, obtained in June 2022.
