Celia Ferrer

Celia Ferrer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community philanthropy and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Community Philanthropy Associate Director at Oregon Food Bank since September 2020, Celia has also held the roles of Interim Community Philanthropy Associate Director and Community Philanthropy Manager. Previous roles include Development Events Manager at Portland Center Stage at The Armory and Development Manager at Basic Rights Oregon. Furthermore, Celia held significant positions at V Work Global Sdn Bhd, including Head of Corporate Affairs and Head of the V Foundation, managing a substantial budget and international events. At Qi Group, Celia contributed to the establishment of the Corporate Communication Department, and earlier experience includes roles at GiveAsia, Inc. and Creative Point International, Inc. Celia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of the Philippines and furthered education at Stanford University.
