Oregon Food Bank
Mason Durfee is a skilled community organizer with extensive experience in program management and policy advocacy related to food access and nutrition. Currently serving at Oregon Food Bank since January 2021, Mason provides technical assistance and manages the DUFB Ambassador Program while contributing to state and national policy discussions. Previous roles include coordinating Boulder County Farmers Markets during the COVID-19 pandemic, developing health equity initiatives with Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Nonviolence, and managing tree planting events with Friends of Trees. With a Bachelor of Science in Community & International Development from the University of Vermont, Mason has consistently worked towards improving community well-being through various nonprofit and educational initiatives.
