Shannon Oliver

Shannon Oliver is currently the Associate Director of Logistics & Planning at Oregon Food Bank, a position held since December 2020. Prior to this role, Shannon served as the Co-Founder and Operations at Red Duck Foods, Inc from October 2012 to August 2020. Shannon also worked as a GMAT and LSAT Instructor at Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions from October 2010 to 2013. Additionally, Shannon held the position of Graduate Teaching Fellow at University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business from April 2012 to June 2013, where Shannon was also a Technology Entrepreneurship Program Fellow.
