Rosalee Locklear

Rosalee Locklear is a seasoned health care professional with extensive experience in digital health management and rural health initiatives. At Oregon Health & Science University, Rosalee served as Manager of Digital Health, driving key initiatives for scaling telemedicine and health navigation tools, as well as leading cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle. Prior work at the Oregon Office of Rural Health included roles as Program Manager and Coordinator of Telehealth, where Rosalee developed data-driven tools and assessments to enhance health care delivery in rural areas. Early career experience includes clinical research at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center and a research internship focused on community benefit reporting. Rosalee holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on Physical Activity & Public Health and a Master of Public Health in Health Management & Policy from Oregon State University.
