Steve Masingila

Steve Masingila has extensive experience in information technology management, with a current role as IT Manager for HR, Payroll, and Timekeeping Applications at OHSU since September 2009. Previous positions include Information Protection & Assurance Compliance Lead and various project management roles at Regence, where responsibilities encompassed enterprise program management and HIPAA security. Early career roles included IS Operations Manager and Data Center Manager at Sisters of Providence Health System, as well as significant contributions at Providence Health Plans and UPS Freight in IT management and billing supervision. Steve Masingila holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science (MIS) and a minor in Business Administration from Goshen College, along with an Associate's degree in Computer Science (MIS) from ITT Technical Institute in Indianapolis.
