Veronica Nieto

Veronica Nieto is an experienced education program manager and academic advisor at Oregon Health and Science University, specializing in program and project management for the RNBS Online Program. Since July 2016, Veronica has successfully supported over 250 online baccalaureate nursing students in Oregon, focusing on academic progression, retention, and clinical program coordination while implementing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging practices. Prior to this role, Veronica held various positions in admissions and recruitment at The Art Institutes, emphasizing community building and DEIB initiatives, as well as leadership roles in retail management, where team development and training were paramount. Veronica holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, a Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, and recently completed a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
