Yen Pham

Yen Pham currently serves as the OHSU Associated Vice President for Clinical Dietitians and Pharmacy Services at Oregon Health and Science University, a role held since December 2008, where responsibilities include the strategic planning and efficient operation of various pharmacy services, including ambulatory and inpatient pharmacies. Previously, Yen Pham worked as a Pharmacy District Manager at Rite Aid from September 2004 to November 2008, managing around 200 employees and achieving significant financial results, including $8 million in sales through the implementation of innovative healthcare solutions. Earlier experience includes a role as Lead Pharmacist at PharmaCare from 2001 to 2004. Yen Pham holds an MBA in Health Care Management from OHSU School of Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy.
