Dan Rapoza

Dan Rapoza has extensive experience in information services and training across various organizations. Currently serving as the Engagement Team Leader at the Oregon Legislative Assembly since December 2014, Dan manages the Customer Engagement Team and provides leadership for individual IT projects. Previously, Dan held the position of Enterprise Application Trainer, where responsibilities included analyzing applications and developing curricula for training enterprise application users. Prior to that, Dan worked as an Instructional Technologist at Corban University, managing the Moodle learning management system and teaching courses. Dan's early career includes roles at the Oregon Department of Human Services as a Training & Development Specialist and Human Resources Analyst, focusing on eLearning development and HR management. Dan holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Information Technology from Western Oregon University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Corban University.
