Deb Patterson

Deb Patterson currently serves as a State Senator in the Oregon Legislature since January 2021 and has been the Clergy at Smyrna United Church of Christ since December 2013. Previously, Deb held leadership roles as Executive Director at Northwest Parish Nurse Ministries, fostering health initiatives in over 2000 faith communities, and at the International Parish Nurse Resource Center, where partnerships spanned 23 countries to enhance health and well-being. Deb also served as Vice President for Program at Deaconess Foundation, overseeing children's health initiatives and managing a significant asset portfolio. Earlier experience includes a role as Minister of Religion and Health at Deaconess Incarnate Word Health System. Deb's academic background includes advanced degrees from notable institutions in healthcare administration and ministry.
