Jessica Minifie

Jessica Minifie is a legal professional with extensive experience in legislative counsel, currently serving as Senior Deputy Legislative Counsel for the Oregon Legislature since January 2013, after previously holding the position of Deputy Legislative Counsel. Prior to this, Jessica worked as a Staff Attorney at the Metropolitan Public Defender from September 2006 to December 2012. Jessica Minifie earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Lewis & Clark Law School between 2003 and 2006, and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from New York University, completed in 2002.
