Natalie Offenbecher

Natalie Offenbecher currently serves as Principal at Summit Finance Northwest since August 2019 and as Legislative Assistant for the Oregon Legislature since January 2017. Prior to these roles, Natalie was Finance Director at Promote Oregon from August 2015 to January 2019 and Account Executive at Capital Development Strategies between January 2011 and March 2015. In the political arena, Natalie held multiple positions as Regional Political Director for various campaigns, including Bill Emmerson for Senate and Mike Morrell for Assembly, between February and June 2010. Natalie's leadership experience also includes serving as Chair of the Sac State College Republicans from May 2011 to May 2012. Academically, Natalie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government from California State University-Sacramento, completed between 2011 and 2012, and attended the University of California, Riverside from 2008 to 2010.
