Michael Alaniz

Michael Alaniz has over 15 years of experience in information technology and multimedia development, currently serving as Information Technology Manager at OMSI since July 2008. Prior roles at OMSI include Technology Specialist, Multimedia Development Specialist, AV Network Technician, and Exhibit Repair and Maintenance Technician. Prior to OMSI, Michael served as Facilities Manager at New Mexico Highlands University, overseeing the Media Arts- East Wing facility and maintaining computer labs. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Media Arts & Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication & Fine Arts, both from New Mexico Highlands University.
