Shauna Croak-Falen

Shauna Croak-Falen, PHR, has extensive experience in Human Resources with a career spanning over 15 years, primarily at OMSI since October 2008. As the Human Resources Manager, Shauna is responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources, including professional development, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and policy development. Previous roles at OMSI include Interim Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Coordinator, each involving increasing responsibilities in employee relations and operational support. Earlier experience includes a role as Human Resources/Accounts Payable Assistant at ISSPRO, Inc., and an internship at OMSI. Shauna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Portland State University and further education from Western Oregon University.
