Will Heffern

Will Heffern is an experienced sales professional with a background in program sales management and retail operations. Currently serving as Sales Manager at OMSI since September 2015, Will has progressed from Inbound Sales Coordinator to Program Sales Manager. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Manager of Retail and Facility Rentals at the Museum of Discovery and retail positions at Pottery Barn/Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and Teavana, where skills in sales and team leadership were further developed. Will holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies from the University at Albany.
