Julia Allen

Julia Allen is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in growth marketing, currently serving as the Growth Marketing Lead and Senior Growth Marketing Manager for Lifecycle at Hipcamp since January 2023. Julia has also contributed as a Board Member for the Oregon Outdoor Alliance since February 2024 and has been a self-employed marketing consultant since June 2016. Previously, Julia held various marketing management roles at Outside, Bamboo, and Deschutes Brewery, leading growth marketing strategies and managing teams to optimize client relationships and performance. Julia's skills encompass ad deployment and optimization across major platforms, marketing data analysis, and creative development, complemented by a background in retail management and experiential guiding. Julia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Social Entrepreneurship from Lipscomb University and studied Spanish at Universidad Alberto Hurtado.
