Isha Patel is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in nursing, particularly in fertility care. Currently serving as a PRN PACU RN and Lead RN Navigator at ORM Fertility since February 2021, Isha contributes to the development and implementation of new protocols while fostering a collaborative team environment. Previously held the position of Fertility Nurse Coordinator, where responsibilities included coordinating infertility diagnostic tests and treatment plans in collaboration with physicians. Earlier experience includes serving as a Nursing Services Coordinator, ensuring accurate data management and providing emotional support to patients. Prior to ORM Fertility, Isha worked as a Registered Nurse in Cardiac Surgical Telemetry at Swedish and gained experience as an Intensive Case Management Intern with the International Rescue Committee. Isha holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington Bothell and an Associate's degree in Nursing from Everett Community College.
